Does Ash every actually deserve any of his gym badges? Every single time he tried to beat a gym leader Team Rocket just shows up and does something stupid, Ash saves the day, and the gym leader just says “lol well thanks, I guess you deserve this badge even though you never beat me.” He’s earned 0/5 so far.
