I do the same thing with my photos! Just go to the “Customize Theme” page of your blog and then click “Edit HTML.” Create a link redirecting to the tagged page (yourblog.com/tagged/yourtag) and place it somewhere in your HTML where you would like it. For instance, my links are were placed and centered above my description.
